Guiding Your Path to Recovery
My Vision
To foster a world where mental health is prioritized with deeply personalized care, empowering individuals to break free from the burden of trauma and find their true path to inner peace, personal growth, and lasting emotional resilience.
My Mission
- Personalized Care: I reject "one-size-fits-all" templates to develop fully tailored therapeutic treatments that respect and honor your unique background and emotional path.
- Trauma-Informed Support: Although my approach is primarily psychodynamic, I also utilize interventions from other therapeutic modalities to treat different type of traumas, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused therapy to help my clients initiate positive change in their lives.
- Clinical Integrity: I mainly use an integrative approach to care, focusing on creating a warm, respectful, person-centered, and inviting environment for all clients. My holistic approach to care respects the interplay between mental health and other factors such as social issues, physical health, and struggles with spirituality. I also value the role of faith, gratitude, and service in building up one’s internal reservoir for confronting and managing the challenges of our present time.
